  • CUT-OFF TIME

    We dispatch orders till 2.00 PM Monday to Friday. For any changes to your order please email: support@georganics.com before the cut-off time.

  • RETURN POLICY

    • You can return products within 14 days from when the order has arrived.
    • Opened packaging are not accepted due to the nature of the products.
    • We strive for a 100% satisfaction policy. If you're not happy with any of our products, please email us so we can assist you.
    • If you order has not arrived, please email us so we can arrange a replacement for you.

  • PACKAGING COMMITMENT

    • We safeguard your delivery by reusing shredded cardboard from our ingredient packaging, minimizing waste.
    • Our packaging is more than just looking good: it's about sustainability. Our 100% kraft paper cartons are fully biodegradable, with prints made from vegetable ink.
    • Additionally, we print delivery notes on smaller recycled kraft paper.

    Please consider reusing, recycling, or composting any packaging we send your way.
